Use of the 911 Feed mobile application is completely anonymous.

No personally identifiable information from the 911 Feed mobile application, or the device upon which it is installed, is ever collected or retained.

The 911 Feed app never accesses any information on your device.

If you use the routing feature within the mobile application, you are redirected to the native maps application on your phone and the 911 Feed app does not access your location directly.

The identity of any individual involved in an incident reported by the app, regardless of the nature of the incident, is unknown to 911 Feed.

No personally identifiable information such as name, birth date, or Social Security Number is ever reported to or known by 911 Feed.

Information We Collect From Emergency Dispatch Systems

The information we obtain is broadcasted over common POCSAG protocol paging frequencies and decoded back into text. We do not modify this data before showing it to the user. We have no special means of access to data beyond what is available to every person in the county.
